What is it?
Simple really, a fan site dedicated to the comic book "The Ballad of Halo Jones", originally published between 1984 and 1986 by 2000ad comics, written by Alan Moore and illustrated by Ian Gibson.What's in it?
You'll find some history of the Halo Jones saga, links to some of my Halo resources that I've made over the years, mainly skins for media players, a few images, links to other related sites and maybe a few suprises here and there.What you won't find however is full issues of Halo in any downloadable format, I'm not here to give out free copies when you could and should be going out and supporting the authors and purchasing their book, if you came here expecting that, then sorry, you had a wasted trip.
Why is it?
I made this because I'm a fan, and I've had a lot of fun over the last couple of years tinkering with some of the Halo images, making skins etc, I wanted to gather them all up into one neat place, and if at the same time I can turn a few more people onto Halo in the process, then so much the better.
